What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital?
Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.
Position Summary:
Responsible for preventative maintenance and general service within Maintenance/Security Department. Performs pm on HVAC, system and boiler. Oversees general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and grounds as directed by Director of Plant Operations.
Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications:

- General maintenance/construction and/or HVAC experience preferred.
Desired Experience:
- Experience picking up and closing general work orders and Preventative Maintenance
- Hospital Experience preferred
