Maintenance Manager- Electrical and Locksmith (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager will assist in the oversight of design, installation, supply and overall maintenance of the Universitys electrical infrastructure. They will be responsible for drawing up schedules, allocating time, resources and budget, as well as managing staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard. In addition, this position is responsible for the oversight of the locksmith supervisor and all work associated within this area. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the development of an effective preventative maintenance program for these areas. The work involved within these areas aforementioned will include preventative, corrective, deferred and project work.
Minimum Qualifications: Five years of experience in the electrical field with journeyman experience.
Range: $65,000- $75,000 based on experience
