Parts Manager – Class 8 Truck Fleet
Location: Quarryville, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee the parts department for our growing Class 8 semi-truck repair and fleet operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized inventory, supporting technicians, and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Class 8 truck parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Order parts from vendors while maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Source quality parts at competitive pricing.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are available to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Create and assist with repair orders, work orders, and customer invoices.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when appropriate.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and reduce obsolete or excess stock.
- Help improve parts department processes and overall efficiency.
- Assist in developing and growing outside parts sales, including local commercial accounts and online parts sales.
Qualifications
- Experience in heavy-duty/Class 8 truck parts management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck components and aftermarket suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
- Computer proficiency with parts lookup, inventory, and invoicing software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A business-minded approach with an interest in helping expand parts sales is a strong plus.
