What You'll Do
As a Tax Senior, you'll serve as a key member of the engagement team, helping clients navigate complex tax matters while continuing to expand your technical expertise and advisory capabilities. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing complex business and individual tax returns, projections, and related filings while ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with firm and professional standards.
- Researching technical tax issues, develop recommendations, and identify planning opportunities that help clients navigate complex tax matters and make informed decisions.
- Building strong client relationships by serving as a trusted day-to-day resource and delivering responsive, high-quality service.
- Collaborating with Managers and Partners to deliver practical solutions, manage priorities, and support successful client engagements.
- Reviewing the work of associates, provide coaching and mentorship, and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2 years of tax experience, with a strong preference for public accounting experience.
- CPA, EA, JD, or progress toward a professional credential preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to outstanding client service and collaboration.
