At Clark Schaefer Hackett, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality cost segregation studies and tax savings strategies for clients across a broad range of industries. What You'll Do
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of cost segregation studies for clients ranging from privately held businesses to large real estate owners, developers, and investors.
- Analyze construction costs, engineering reports, fixed asset records, and other supporting documentation to identify opportunities for accelerated depreciation and tax savings.
- Collaborate with tax, accounting, engineering, and advisory professionals throughout all phases of the engagement.
- Support client communications and help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Research tax laws, regulations, and industry developments to support technical conclusions and recommendations.
- Contribute to a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional client service and practical solutions.
- Strong preference for experience in Cost Segregation; candidates with experience in tax, accounting, engineering, construction, fixed asset analysis, or related fields will also be considered.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
