As the Manager of one of our Outsourced Accounting teams, you’ll be at the center of client success—combining your technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. This isn’t just about managing numbers; it’s about guiding a talented team, delivering exceptional service, and helping businesses thrive. If you love solving problems, mentoring others, and building lasting client partnerships, this role is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client engagements and financial reporting.
- Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members.
- Review complex financial statements for GAAP compliance.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for additional client services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience:
- 6 years progressive accounting experience (CPA preferred).
- Supervisory experience required.
- Public or outsourced accounting experience a plus.
- Skills: Leadership, client relationship management, advanced Excel, accounting software proficiency.
