- Drive along designated routes, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, routes, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively
- Follow all safety procedures related to refrigerated trailers, tanker operations, and truck driving regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving, including commercial driving licenses with endorsements.
- Skilled in operating manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and freight handling techniques.
- Medical card/Interstate driving
- Knowledge of safety protocols for tanker trucks and refrigerated transport environments.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation accuracy and compliance standards.
