What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Auditor- Night Shift position at CLARK RESTAURANT SERVICE, LLC?
The Quality Auditor will perform quality checks at every operational point throughout the shift. These systems checks will be documented and quantified – in order to understand how well we are performing in each operational area. We will adjust our quality checks in accordance with the data analysis. The goal is to measure the quality of our work, and adherence to our SOP’s, during processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Audits and Quality Checks
- Conduct in-process pallet building audits to ensure:
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Proper multi-pick processing
- Protection of small and fragile products
- Correct package handling practices
- Accurate stop-order sequencing
- Perform finished pallet inspections to verify:
- Pallet and product stability
- Correct stop-order sequencing
- Compliance with food safety stacking protocols
- Proper sticker placement and orientation
Dock and Load Inspections
- Conduct dock checks to ensure:
- Pallet integrity and condition
- Compliance with food safety protocols
- Proper use of ice cream bags when required
- Proper bagging of chicken livers
- Overall load quality and compliance standards
- Inspect outbound loads for:
- Correct pallet label and sticker orientation
- Safe loading practices that prevent product damage
- Proper use of load bars
- Compliance with pallet cubing height standards
- Inclusion of pallet jacks on applicable semi-trailer loads
Special Audits and Assignments
- Perform high-priority customer order inspections and quality checks.
- Conduct audits of pallets built by identified problem pickers.
- Complete special projects, audits, and assignments as directed by supervisor.
Training and Operational Support
- Develop and maintain proficiency in warehouse picking operations and Speedy equipment operation.
- Assist with training and coaching warehouse pickers on operational procedures, quality standards, and best practices.
- Serve as a picker when operational needs require additional support.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one preferred.
Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
