Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations across inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow
- Drive operational improvements focused on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and overall warehouse performance
- Manage and develop warehouse leadership and hourly teams in a high-volume environment
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and production teams to support business objectives
- Monitor inventory controls, reporting, and warehouse systems to ensure operational effectiveness
- Support compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of warehouse leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations
- Experience working within WMS and ERP environments
- Strong leadership, inventory management, and process improvement experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
