Position: HVAC Service Manager

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $30/hour commission

Experience: At least 2 years of HVAC and supervisory experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Clark Personnel is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC service operations and technician schedules.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs or maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within quality standards.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to HVAC technicians.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, materials, and tools needed for daily operations.
• Enforce safety policies and compliance with company and industry standards.

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and service procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
