Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Foley, AL, responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships within an assigned geographic area. Day-to-day, this role includes visiting existing and prospective HVAC-R customers, presenting product offerings, and providing technical and service support to help customers select appropriate solutions. The Territory Manager will monitor market trends, develop and execute territory sales plans, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service. The role also involves managing account portfolios, negotiating pricing within company guidelines, tracking performance metrics, and participating in local industry events. This position requires regular travel within the territory and close coordination with internal departments to support customer needs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in outside sales, territory management, and account development within distribution, HVAC-R, or a related industry.
- Strong customer relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data, monitor market activity, and develop practical territory plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including route planning, follow-up, and documentation of customer interactions.
