Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and safety.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and manage sales efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to fulfill multiple orders promptly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order processing.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to sanitation regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
