• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Restock shelves and display cases to ensure freshness and variety of deli offerings are available at all times.
• Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to sanitation standards in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or working within a restaurant or grocery store environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
