- Serve meals to guests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Support catering events by preparing and presenting food items professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery during busy hours
- Assist in food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments, culinary roles, or food service environments
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
