Position Summary
We’re hiring safety-minded, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to transport orders from our location directly to verified customers. The ideal candidate is a careful driver, comfortable with technology, calm under pressure, and committed to operating in full compliance with Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver cannabis products to verified customers across the Las Vegas metro area.

Verify customer identity and age (21 for adult-use; valid medical card where applicable) at every delivery, in accordance with Nevada CCB regulations.

Inspect and confirm orders prior to leaving the dispensary, including product, quantity, packaging, and seals.

Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and chain-of-custody documentation throughout each shift.

Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely; reconcile funds at the end of each shift.

Follow all state-mandated transport protocols, including secured product storage, route adherence, and GPS tracking.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance, safety, or mechanical issues immediately.

Deliver outstanding customer service: be professional, discreet, and knowledgeable when interacting with customers at the door.

Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding traffic delays, customer issues, or any deviation from planned routes.

Adhere strictly to The Sanctuary’s safety, security, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Required
-
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed).

Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Cannabis Establishment Agent Card prior to start date.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of licensed driving experience.

Ability to pass a background check as required by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board.

Strong working knowledge of Las Vegas streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.

Comfortable using smartphones, delivery apps, GPS, and POS/manifest systems.

Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills.
Preferred

Prior delivery driving experience (cannabis, food, courier, or rideshare).

Previous cash-handling experience.

Familiarity with Metrc or similar cannabis tracking systems.

Working knowledge of cannabis products and Nevada cannabis regulations.
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
