2026 Summer Associate - Litigation

Clark Hill’s Denver office is seeking a rising second or third year law student for a Summer Law Clerk position in its Corporate business unit beginning in May 2025. Responsibilities for this role include preparing client and internal memos, processing and reviewing documents, and conducting legal research. Strong candidates will have an interest in corporate law and the cannabis industry. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required and corporate related courses, trial advocacy, moot court, and/or journal experience, is preferred. The salary range for this position is $35/hour.
