Clark Hill PLC is seeking a first-year Associate to join our Fidelity, Surety, & Coverage Business Unit in Dallas, TX. The Associate will join the firm at the beginning of September 2026. The offer of employment will be contingent upon the candidate’s completion of law school and sitting for the July 2026 Texas bar exam.
The Associate will handle large dollar insurance coverage disputes around the country, primarily in federal courts, and evaluate insurance coverage claims, predominantly in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance.
