Insurance Coverage/ Litigation Associate – Dallas, TX

Clark Hill is seeking a mid-level Associate to join one of the Nation’s leading insurance coverage groups in our Dallas, TX office. The Associate will handle complicated and large dollar insurance coverage disputes involving white collar crime, including employee theft and a multitude of cyber and electronic crimes, primarily in federal courts throughout the U.S. and occasionally overseas.

Candidates Must Possess The Following Skillsets

• 3 years of litigation practice experience
• Federal court litigation experience— preferably including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings
• Professional-lines insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting
  
  

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 - $190,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
