Fidelity Insurance Coverage Associate – Dallas, TX

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level Associate to join our Fidelity, Surety & Coverage business unit in Dallas, TX. The Associate will handle complicated and large dollar coverage disputes, primarily in federal courts, and evaluate insurance coverage claims, predominantly in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance. Candidates must have 3 years of litigation experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skillsets

• Federal court litigation experience— including taking and defending depositions and handling hearings
• Professional-lines insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based setting

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $175,000 - $190,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
