Global fluid control product company needs someone to supervise 9 sales engineers to drive sales growth. Will mentor and coach sales engineers to expand the customer base utilizing solution selling, develop and execute sales plans, qualify new leads, conduct product demonstrations, and provide product training to customers. Will monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and utilize CRM software. Position will be 50% mentoring and coaching and 50% will be hands on selling, supporting sales engineers, assisting in closing deals, training, and providing sourcing leads. Territory will be from central jersey to the Philadelphia area. Position will require 10 years experience sales management of sales engineers with fluid control, pumps, valve product experience.
