We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to manage, optimize, and support an organization’s HR technology environment. This role will serve as a key partner to HR, Payroll, and IT, helping ensure HR systems operate efficiently while supporting a positive employee and manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration & Optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert and system administrator, managing configuration, security, functionality, and workflows across HRIS modules.
- Continuously optimize HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the employee experience.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify and implement system enhancements.
- Manage system releases, testing, and integrations to ensure system stability and performance.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data.
- Build and deliver reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into people-related metrics.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing reliable HR analytics.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with HR Operations and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable HRIS solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and coordinate with vendors and support teams as needed.
- Provide training and ongoing support to HR users.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Support HR transformation initiatives and ensure HR technology aligns with evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with HR leadership on projects that enhance the overall HR technology ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5 years of HRIS administration experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits modules strongly preferred.
- Experience with HRIS configuration, workflows, reporting, and system administration.
- Experience managing system releases, testing, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced or transformation-focused environment is a plus.
- Experience with integrations such as API and SFTP preferred.
- Experience with HR analytics tools such as Power BI preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
- HRIS-related certifications are a plus.
