Looking for an experienced EHS leader to oversee safety, environmental, and compliance programs at a large manufacturing site. This role partners with site leadership to build a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement across all EHS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site-wide EHS programs and team
- Promote a proactive, accountable safety culture
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
- Oversee audits, risk assessments, training, and incident investigations
- Manage reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance overall site performance
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years proven leadership and ability to manage a team and site-wide programs
- BS (in a related field) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience with process safety, continuous improvement, or root cause analysis
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
