What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of end-to-end revenue accounting operations, including product revenue, gross-to-net accounting, receivables, royalties, rebates, and chargebacks.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, keeping reporting accurate, timely, and running smoothly across all revenue-related accounts.
- Review and approve revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and product sales allocations by site and region.
- Create and distribute monthly revenue flash reports, plus dive into ad-hoc financial analysis whenever the business needs it.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Market Access and Commercial Analytics — to keep data sharp and insights actionable.
- Bring teams together for structured gross-to-net estimate reviews, helping everyone stay aligned and forecasting accuracy stay strong.
- Be the go-to expert on payor contract terms, making sure they're accurately interpreted and reflected in financial assumptions.
- Play a key role in new product launches by providing financial guidance and supporting forecasting and budgeting efforts.
- Sit at the table as a trusted strategic finance partner, contributing to executive decisions and long-term planning.
What You'll Bring:
- 10 years of revenue accounting experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Deep expertise in gross-to-net accounting, including payor contracts, rebates, and chargebacks
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex financial processes
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Solid proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
