Responsibilities

- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records using productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing office supplies inventory, and organizing files for easy retrieval.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, handle filing systems, and perform proofreading accurately.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous.
