We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students. The Teacher will play a crucial role in promoting literacy, social skills, and overall childhood development.

Qualifications:
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- High school diploma required; degree or coursework in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a Christian school, daycare, or ministry setting
- A heart for servant leadership, flexibility, and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the educational standards and fosters student engagement.
- Provide coverage and support across classrooms (preschool through elementary), stepping in for lead teachers during breaks, absences, or transitions.
- Assist with classroom management, small group instruction, play-based learning, and daily routines.
- Maintain a calm, patient, and loving presence, even in busy or changing environments.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with students, teachers, and families.
- Encourage teamwork and Christlike character among students.
- Communicate effectively and positively with staff and leadership.
- Be available to serve where needed, sometimes with short notice.
- Support special events, outdoor activities, chapel, and school-wide functions.
- Adapt quickly to different age groups and classroom dynamics with grace.
- Create lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can succeed.
