We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support our growing team. This position plays a key role in developing groupwide policies, administering employee benefits, supporting payroll processes, and serving as a trusted resource for personnel matters. If you enjoy a mix of hands‑on HR work, policy development, and employee support, this role offers a strong blend of responsibilities.
Job Duties
· Create, update, and implement groupwide HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
· Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and policy understanding
· Manage employee benefit insurance enrollment, changes, and ongoing communication with providers
· Oversees business insurance policies, including renewals, coverage reviews, and coordination with brokers and carriers
· Support payroll processing, review payroll reports, and ensure accuracy across employee records
· Review onboarding paperwork, ensure compliance with hiring requirements, and support a smooth new‑hire experience
· Serve as a resource to operators and managers for personnel issues, employee relations, and HR guidance
· Oversee 401(k) processes to ensure compliance, including monthly reviews and the annual 401(k) audit
Qualifications

· Experience in human resources, benefits administration, or related fields
· Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees at all levels
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
· Experience with payroll systems, benefits platforms, or HRIS tools is a plus
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred but will consider those with equivalent work experience
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
