Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our studio and support day-to-day operations. In addition to traditional front desk responsibilities, this role includes light cleaning and helping with social media posting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and answer phones/messages professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk workflow
- Handle check-in/check-out and basic studio administrative tasks
- Perform light cleaning and studio maintenance (front area and assigned duties)
- Help maintain an inviting, clean, and organized reception/studio space
- Post to social media monthly (as assigned by the studio team)
- Assist with basic customer support needs and maintain a positive client experience
Qualifications
- Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role preferred
- Excellent communication, punctuality, and professionalism
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Reliable attention to cleanliness and detail
- Basic comfort with social media posting (training/guidance provided if needed)
Schedule
MWF: 8:45 - 4:15,
Tues & Thurs: 10:45 - 6:15
