Clarity is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a community pharmacy based near Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal!

What you need to know:
This is a 4-day week, permanent role with alternating Saturdays—potentially even less. There are no late nights, no Sundays, and no Bank Holidays.
You'll be working alongside a fantastic, experienced team of 1 technician and 2 OTCs. A great package is on offer, which includes PSI fees, staff discounts, and more!
What you'll be doing:
- Management of dispensary and a dynamic team
- Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy
- Looking after regulatory compliance with PSI obligations and other regulatory bodies
- Engaging actively with customers to encourage loyalty and confidence
- Any other duties as required
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
- Good time management
- Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
- What we require:
- At least 3 years post-registration experience
- Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
Salary is negotiable based on experience
