Recruiting & Human Resources Specialist
Our client, a leading plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking a Recruiting & Human Resources Specialist to join its HR team. This role offers a blend of full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, event planning, and HR project work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and broader HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
:• Manage attorney and staff recruiting pipelines, including applicant tracking and interview coordinatio
n• Build relationships with recruiters, law schools, and candidate network
s• Conduct candidate outreach, screening interviews, and support hiring decision
s• Draft and manage offer letters and onboarding processe
s• Coordinate new hire orientation and 30/60/90-day check-in
s• Maintain job descriptions and post openings across recruiting platform
s• Organize recruiting events, summer associate programs, wellness initiatives, and firm-sponsored event
s• Partner with marketing on recruitment branding materials and new hire communication
s• Analyze recruiting metrics and contribute to HR reporting and budgetin
g• Support firmwide HR initiatives and continuously enhance the employee experienc
e• Utilize AI and technology tools to improve recruiting efficiency and hiring outcome

ee• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skil
