Freelance Implementation Coordinator
- Working directly under Manager of Implementation
- Looking for someone with a solid payroll/HR/compliance background
-MUST be meticulous with detail
- Will manage the freelance and independent contractor payroll program via third party vendor
- Will act as the liaison between internal departments & vendors
- Very fast-paced; must be able to keep up with the volume
- This department provides a lot of support during the onboarding process; making sure contractors are submitting time cards, making sure they are compliant and fit the criteria, expenses, etc.
- This role classifies the independent contractors *very important piece of the role
- Must be able to answer compliance-related questions, have knowledge of workers comp, labor laws (often times in different states) -- lots of moving parts
- Must have working knowledge of Excel
- Basic payroll knowledge would be beneficial
- Must be approachable, have good customer service skills; will interface frequently with vendors and internal teams, most notably production
- Must be able to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the role and how fast-paced it is. Will also have to be flexible to work hours outside of a typical 9-5
- Hybrid; 3 days in office
- Must be NYC-based
Comp: 70-80K
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
