Compliance Coordinator

Leesel Transportation Corp.

The Compliance Coordinator role is tasked with preparing new and current employees with all relevant safety information and materials to perform the duties of their job. Mostly focused on drivers and driving assistants, the safety administrator will host safety meetings and repetitive training meetings to ensure all employees are up to date with best safety practices and current standards for the operations of their vehicles and completion of daily tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Employee Compliance
• PETS & OPT Compliance
• 19-A Compliance
• Licensing & DMV Compliance
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance
• Onboarding Compliance
• Compliance Tracking & Reporting
• Develop a schedule to assess safety needs.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Track and compile collected data.
• Communicate safety needs and online resources.
• Create safety and training strategies, initiatives, and materials.

• Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
• Test and review created materials.
• Maintain a database of all safety materials.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Compliance, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in compliance, human resources, transportation, safety, onboarding, or an administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and electronic document-management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee and company information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties.
• Ability to learn and apply company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Full Time

Pay rate $25/hr
