Training Facilitator

Leadership Development Facilitator

We are working with our client to locate a high-impact facilitator to deliver leadership training to front-line leaders in sales as part of a broader leadership development initiative. This consultant will lead engaging, practical sessions while reinforcing real-world application and coaching principles for a sales-driven audience.

Start Date: 5/1/2026

Duration: Through 12/31/2026 (with potential extension and additional sessions)

Hours: TBD (based on scheduled training sessions)

Location: Austin, Texas with occasional travel to California

Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in facilitation, specifically delivering leadership or sales training
• Strong background engaging senior-level audiences (Regional Directors through AVP)
• Experience in sales environments; SaaS and/or cybersecurity exposure preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and translate theory into practical application
• High-energy delivery style with strong executive presence
• Ability to balance structured content with adaptive, audience-driven engagement
• Experience avoiding overuse of gamification; maintains credibility with experienced sales leaders

The pay range for this is $1,000-$1,100 per day of instructor led training delivery for Independent Contractors. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
