Leadership Facilitator

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facilitator to deliver engaging, high-impact leadership development experiences to global audiences. This role is ideal for a seasoned facilitator who excels in guiding first-line to mid-level leaders and has experience in working with clients in manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate training, a high level of cultural competence, and the ability to quickly adopt and deliver proprietary program materials with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate dynamic, interactive leadership development sessions (virtual and/or in person) for first line to mid-level leaders.
• Deliver content covering foundational leadership capabilities, influential leadership skills, communication, coaching, performance management, and related topics.
• Rapidly learn, internalize, and deliver the client’s proprietary leadership programs and materials with accuracy and consistency.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learners across various cultures, backgrounds, and leadership levels.
• Manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Represent the client’s brand and program expectations with professionalism and high facilitation standards.
• Provide feedback to program teams to enhance content, improve delivery, and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience facilitating leadership development, corporate training, or organizational development programs.
• Demonstrated expertise working with first line to mid-level leaders in corporate or global environments.
• Strong background delivering training in leadership skills.
• Ability to quickly absorb and master new content, especially proprietary or client-specific program materials.
• Experience facilitating for global, diverse audiences, including familiarity with virtual facilitation, best practices and cultural nuances across regions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with virtual learning tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, Mural, etc.).
• Certification in leadership development programs (e.g., DiSC, MBTI, Crucial Conversations, coaching certifications) is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Tools & Equipment: Consultant must provide their own laptop and required development tool licenses. Must have valid passport for potential international travel.

Attributes: The ideal consultant demonstrates strong executive presence and natural facilitation style. They are adaptable and comfortable, facilitating in a face-paced or changing environment. Enthusiastic for helping leaders grow and succeed. Able to provide real-world examples and insights.

Start Date: February 2026

Work Hours: Sessions will take place during standard local business hours

Location: Delivery will be in Houston, Texas and Rotterdam, Netherlands, as well as virtual

Duration: February-December 2026

The pay range starts at $1,100 per day and $500 per 2-hour VILT as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Final rate is determined by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
