We are searching for passionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!

We are partnered with the following In-Network payer partners to ensure you have access to an array of populations to quickly build your caseload: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.

In This Role You, You Will

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from adults/children or adolescents offering exceptional client care
• Psychological Testing will be an optional part of your caseload but not required
• Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional): 24 sessions for full-time are required
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Have oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development
• Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, compliance plan and standards of conduct on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

• Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois, licensed PhD/PsyD - or License-eligible/ Post Doctoral candidate. (PsyD or PhD)
• Psychological Testing & Assessment experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills
