Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Lombard, IL, with the opportunity to work remotely part-time. In this role, you will provide psychological services including assessments, therapy, and treatment formulation to clients of various ages and backgrounds. Additional responsibilities include conducting psychological testing, offering clinical supervision to trainees or team members, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to support comprehensive care. This leadership position will participate in regular meetings with our CEO to expand our reach in the community and develop our services at Lotus Bloom Psychology.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology with the ability to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
- Experience in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of a variety of psychological assessments.
- Knowledge of Mental Health principles and ability to develop treatment strategies catered to diverse needs.
- Skills in Clinical Supervision to support and guide trainees or other professionals in a clinical setting.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) and valid clinical licensure in the state of Illinois or eligibility to transfer licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for client-centered and culturally responsive care.
- Spanish fluency preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working with families and/or children is a plus.
