Personal Care Worker

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assist the elderly, convalescents, or persons with

disabilities with daily living activities at the person\'s home or in a

care facility. Duties performed at a place of residence may include

keeping house (making beds, doing laundry, washing dishes) and preparing

meals. May provide assistance at non-residential care facilities. May

advise families, the elderly, convalescents, and persons with

disabilities regarding such things as nutrition, cleanliness, and

household activities. Clarity Care is currently hiring both full-time

and part-time Personal Care Workers in your area. Starting pay for the

position is up to \$17.50/hr based on experience. This rewarding career

does not require anything more than a willingness to work and compassion

to assist our Members. We will train the right individual and teach you

all the skills needed to be a Personal Care Worker. Benefits: \$50 Gas

Clarity Care Apparel/Accessories and MORE Responsibilities: Hands on

care. Provides support to our Members by assisting with activities of

daily living; bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. Be comfortable

using mobility devices and practice safe transfer and ambulation

techniques. Completes all applicable documentation related to tasks

assigned. Welcoming Home. Maintains a safe, sanitary, and welcoming home

by performing housekeeping (vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning

bathroom, dusting, bed making and changing linens); and laundry.

Prepares and Serves Meals by following general nutritional guidelines,

menus, individual dietary restrictions, needs and preferences to ensure

Members health. Medication Reminders. Errands that consist of grocery

shopping, etc. Companionship by spending time with the Member.

Requirements: Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or

related work/life experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must

meet agency driving standards. Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Check

including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of

Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal

hygiene assistance. Care for individuals or families during periods of

incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing

companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles.

Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and

medication, under the direction of registered nurses or

physiotherapists. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking,

cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. Plan, shop for,

or prepare nutritious meals or assist families in planning, shopping

for, or preparing nutritious meals. Prepare and maintain records of

client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client

condition to manager or supervisor. Transport clients to locations

outside the home, such as to physicians\' offices or on outings, using a
