Key Responsibilities
- Understand member assessments, needs and outcomes
- Manage scheduling software for quality care
- Create biweekly schedules matching authorized service hours
- Ensure members always receive attended services
- Provide professional, responsive customer communication
- Update systems, schedules as conditions change
- Maintain on-call coverage rotation requirements
- Promote mission, values, professionalism
- Communicate effectively with teams, customers
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, sound judgment
- Maintain safety, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance
- Improve processes, meet organizational goals
- Meet physical job requirements
- Hold relevant degree or experience
- Strong computer, organization, communication skills
