- Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Flexible and able to follow specific instructions for individualized client care.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Able to maintain client dignity while promoting independence.
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
- Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines.
- Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
- Support client independence while ensuring safety.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
- Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
- Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations.
- Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health.
- Complete assigned client-specific duties and contribute to team efforts.
