How You Will Do It
- Broadly – Maintain operations of plant and equipment in a state capable of delivering planned production levels with required product quality, in line with maintenance cost targets.
- Responsible for all equipment repairs to include coordination with outside resources as needed.
- Monitor repair progress by keeping an indicator of work progress against the plan. Update the progress of each job; initiate corrective actions as required.
- Comply with all lock out tag out and other safety norms and regulations set by the industry.
- Coordinate with production management to establish short/ mid/ long term priorities and schedule repairs accordingly.
- Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate reordering when necessary in coordination with maintenance planner.
- Track, evaluate, and drive improvement in department KPIs including; MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post-PM performance. Support TPM initiatives.
What we look for
- 3 years as a maintenance management in a manufacturing setting
- Maintenance experience required on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Combination of technical education and experience will be considered.
- PLC, HMI, and E&I experience preferred.
- Experience with OSHA 14000, 18000 and TS audit standards.
- Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.
