S&L Hospitality, along with this location, is accepting resumes for a Night Auditor/Overnight Hotel Front Desk Agent. We are seeking an individual with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making to be a Night Auditor, responsibilities include checking guests in, handling inquires about the property and reservations, reconciles all accounts and end of business day tasks. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, previous experience working 3rd shift or overnight hours, strong reliability, ability to work independently, and is self-motivated. Schedule will primarily consist working between 10:30pm and 7:30am.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Successful history as a front desk agent/night auditor or related customer service experience.
- Advanced math skills, general understanding of accounting procedures.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction
- Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Exposure to indoor/outdoor temperatures with the location of the front desk near the main entrance.
- Exposure to various noises and volumes with regular use of computers, telephone, printer/scanners, radios and TVs near the lobby.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Reconciles all accounts, balance cash drawers, make necessary corrections as needed
- Complete night bucket check against PMS system to ensure that all guest information is accurate, matching the registration card against their reservation.
- Represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
- Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
- Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
- Serve as point of contact to up to date information regarding the hotel, area attractions, and events.
- Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
