Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Handle laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with kitchen duties when required, including cooking and cleaning kitchen areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
