Role Overview:
As our Night Auditor, you’ll be the welcoming face of the hotel overnight—handling guest check-ins, assisting with requests, and completing nightly financial audits to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the high standards of Choice Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overnight front desk operations and guest services
- Perform nightly audits of reservations, accounts, and billing
- Answer multi-line phones and assist guests with professionalism
- Monitor property security and ensure guest safety
- Prepare shift reports and financial summaries
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve overnight issues
- Assist with setting up, greeting, and helping guests during breakfast service
- Perform light laundry duties during slower overnight periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with basic accounting or hotel software knowledge
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Competitive pay based on experience
