Housekeeper

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and applying floor finishes as needed to maintain a pristine appearance
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks completed and supplies used

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous
• Background in janitorial or custodial work demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
• Experience managing housekeeping operations or supervising a team is a plus
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence enhances performance in this role

Pay: $17.25 per hour
