Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to staff as required, assisting with various office tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
