- Compensation:$90,000-$125,000 annually
What You'll Do:
- Installation: Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
- Technical Execution: Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
- Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs.
- Operational Standards: Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.
- Documentation: Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3 years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience.
- Licensing: Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of applicable installation and venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing principles.
- Systems Expertise: Proven track record in heating and cooling systems; ability to draw simple diagrams and read blueprints.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record; must pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
