Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing install team. You’ll be responsible for installing high-quality residential HVAC systems while representing the Major brand with professionalism and pride.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems including:
- Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Boilers (a plus)
- Ductwork and related components
- Furnaces
- Follow manufacturer specs, mechanical codes, and company install standards
- Read and interpret install layouts and job documentation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Take ownership of workmanship and quality
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Pride in your work and a team-first mindset

Salary : $35 - $50
