What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems (fixtures, water distribution, and waste).
• Review building plans, mark connections, and ensure every install is sized, graded, and up to code.
• Pull together pricing and provide professional estimates to clients on-site.
• Collaborate with dispatch and management to keep your schedule moving and customers happy.
• Keep company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
  
  

What You Bring

• Journeyman Plumbing License is highly preferred.
• 4 years of service and repair experience (Residential/Commercial).
• Deep knowledge of local codes and the ability to solve "messy" problems with a professional attitude.
• High integrity and a desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
• Valid driver’s license (clean record) and the ability to pass a drug screen/background check.
  
  

Physical Requirements and Work Location:

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50–80 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs. (e.g., water heaters, pipes, tools).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and stretching.
• Ability to work in confined or cramped spaces (crawl spaces, under sinks).
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold) and environments, including indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
