We are seeking a detail – oriented and highly organized, dependable and fast learner Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. We offer Health/Dental/Vision Insurance. Paid Vacation, and Employer Matched 401 (K) plan.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Bilingual Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact—responding to emails, and providing friendly, professional support to both staff and visitors. The Bilingual Front Office Coordinator will also assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring supplies are stocked and the office remains organized and efficient. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Essential Skills, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor public entry to the plant & manage front office activities.
• Provide support in recruitment, staffing and onboarding processes.
• Assists in maintaining and updating personnel records and files.
• Support Coordinating Plant wide activities relating to Safety & Associate Engagement.
• Assist Plant Management staff by effectively utilizing the announcements and communication boards throughout the plant.
• Open, sort and distribute mail.
• Coordinate, schedule, and organize meetings and events.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
• Assist employees with general HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Translate basic documents and internal communications as needed.
• Maintain and update employee bulletin boards with relevant information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum High School or equivalent, plus one to three years of experience.
• Ability to speak and write English and Spanish
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Maintenance of the confidentiality of any personal or company information encountered.
• Excellent organizational and communication (written & oral) skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer skills and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database and other software applications
• Self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment or independently.
• Enthusiastic about learning new things and willing to ask questions to ensure success.
• Exhibits of professional demeanor and appearance.
