Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute marketing initiatives across various channels including website management, display advertising, online reviews, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Contribute to the planning of marketing and communications activities by conducting research to identify relevant communication needs.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics including email and social campaigns, web analytics, and ROI.
- Manage marketing calendars and schedules, coordinating campaigns, events, and related activities.
- Develop compelling content such as articles, emails, and social media posts to support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor online reviews and engage with customers to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Support marketing operations including project management, vendor relations, invoice processing, and policy maintenance.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years in marketing and communications in healthcare or related field.
- Demonstrated competence in creating various communication materials including brochures, advertisements, web content, and presentations.
- Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with project management principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Bilingual is a plus.
