The Clara Martin Center's East Valley Academy school program is a vital resource for students who struggle to thrive in a traditional public school setting. Located on Route 14 in East Randolph, East Valley Academy is a small independent school with roughly 18 employees and 15-22 students depending on enrollment. We combine curriculum based instruction with adventure based learning, to maximize student engagement. Within this team oriented setting, we currently seeking a full time, Administrative Assistant.
Administrative Assistants perform a variety of duties including triaging phone calls, data entry, filing / scanning, appointment check in / scheduling, support to our school staff, daily pick up of breakfast and lunch, and general office support. Work is performed within our electronic health and google docs record keeping systems. Successful candidates must have strong computer skills and aptitude, communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
